Peanut Butter & Banana

Who loves peanut butter ? Who loves banana? We I can say  yes
to both of these delightful entities. I mean really, my mamma
use to make peanut butter and banana sandwiches as well as
banana and mayo ( German) when I was growing up.
Bringing back these foods together is a must in anyone's life
with a smiling face of nostalgic memories  of childhood,
Most kids love these two wonderful food so someone thought
" let put them together". and so it shall live in infamy.
Since I have started making tons of protein shakes since October
of 2016 I have come up with many different varieties, this being
one of them. OK mom it's not in a sandwich, but it still is being
added together with a twist of honey on top.
Introducing my Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Shake.

Looks Delish

I will say any time that you can add a delightful protein shake into your
daily diet is a big A+.  They will the hit  spot every time. Curb you sweet
craving and fill you up.
Bring back some childhood memories of sweet things you had, mix
them up, well if they can be added together without tasting blah.
So today's advice is to  go and have fun. Smile and share it with
other people and your day will positive. May your elements be
gifted together for everyone else to see, a shining light.
Till the morrow, have a blessed day.

Never a Dull Moment

I say if you can make each day brighter, then you should go for it. You should the light in someone else;s  life. At least this is my thoughts for everyday that I wake up. I say " Lord" whom can I make laugh today while I am busy?. What can I do to uplift another?
There is one thing that i love about "Snapchat App" is it's filters. The
different characters, the sunglasses, or funky hats, animals, voice changers are all right up my ally. It may not be in your ally but that is ok. Life can be fun. I do not depend on others to make me happy, I depend on myself to do that. Of course when things I see or watch a video's, that  make me laugh then they have done their duty, same like me I hope.
Making the most out of life is a challenge. Well not really, it is natural for me to be silly. I learned to have a sense of humor from non other than my beautiful mother.
My Lord and Savior has taught me to make others smile, to listen and help. If I am in the service of others I am in the service of him.

Matthew 25: 35-40
35 For I was hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger and ye took me in.  36  Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison and ye came unto me.  37  Then shall the righteous answer him, saying , Lord, when saw we thee a hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38  When saw we thee a stranger and took thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as
ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethern, ye have done it unto me.
Remember each day as you awake be thankful, be happy, smile as much as you
can and make each moment, never a dull moment.
Till we meet again on the morrow. Blessings.

Relax and Meditate

I just wanted  to say how very important it is to relax and meditate. Each
day we should take a few minutes to breath in the air that surrounds us
and feel the energy of the earth. To listen to the quiet sounds of mother
nature.
Each day we are all rushed into our daily activities. From the moment
we wake, till end of the day. I just wanted to share the possibilities of
making those moments count. I am not ashamed to say that I believe
in Jesus Christ, the son of the living God. He is in my the thoughts, actions
and in my deeds. To take just a few minutes each day to pray, give thanks
and to have the help & guidance I require. To pray over my family and friends
and for those who need of it.
Each moment we share with others, is service. It is to uplift, and share others
burdens who are in need. By taking a few moments of relaxation and meditation
we can center our lives. Even if you are one that does not believe in Christ you
can meditate to help yourself and others. Looking for a brighter day to share with,
to be positive in all that you can,  definitely bring positive energy around you
as well. There is to much negativity in this world, it brings unhappiness.
I employ that you take a few minutes each day to chill and relax.
This is my CD I love. But I will play a another one  I like also. Celtic
ones are so relaxing.
Hope that you take a few moments each day, to meditate and relax. This is my
blessing for you. Positive energy your way~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Till the Morrow many blessings..

Not Just a Bucket

Each day we wake up we are obligated to do the chores. In what  ever job we do where it me a housewife, industrial, hospital or food industry we need to clean up.
I want you to think of this bucket that we do our best clean ups as "Not just a bucket"

When I was a child this was indeed a very big bucket . Carrying this 500 pound thing
(so I thought it was )  around our home was such a task. With ten kids and two adults,
you bet your sweet Bippy this house got crazy dirty. We had no carpet so the floors
were constantly  dirty  with , leaves, dust, and fingerprints. But mom was the  wisest and
had us clean from one end of the house to the other.
This dreaded chore so I thought would never come to an end.

Of course little did I understand that this bucket would carried through out my
whole life.  Even' if I did not fully understand at the age of seven, this bucket
would mean so much more.
My mother did notice that when it came to cleaning the house this little girl
would have a fret upon her face. All I could see was this big bucket and all
the rooms in the house. Which was 10 rooms altogether.
Mother then would explain to me why this job was so important. With stern
and caring eyes she would unfold my arms and hug me, tell me that first we
needed to look at the bucket. She said this bucket is round. And it is has lost
it's shine. But still this bucket carries more than it's weight in water. The water
was once clean. Each time we are mopping the floors, they too were once dirty
and now are clean. We have a chance each day to make this happen. Each day
we have another try at keeping our home clean. We should be thankful that we
have a home.
That the Lord provided a roof for our safety. That we have tile floors to walk
on instead of no floors at all. We should be thankful that we have beds to sleep
on and sweep under.
We should be thankful for work we are given it helps us appreciate what we have.
This  bucket has been emptied each day and new water has been put inside. Think
of this bucket ,like yourself.
We too are a home. We sometimes get dirty inside and we have a way to clean
ourselves, not only with water but threw repentance. Each day we get too try again.
Each day we can be thankful for all that we have. Then she reminded me that this
bucket is also a service bucket.it helps us be happy when we help our families, it
can also help others who  cannot clean there homes themselves. When we do service
we are in the service of our Lord. Oh this is not just a bucket, it is Love filled with
water everyday.
So in this wise remarkable bucket I now have in my home, is filled with dirty water.
It reminds me each time, of all the things i am thankful for.
I am happy to be a housewife, house mother, house grandma.  I am glad my Lord
has faith in me too do the service for my family and others. To not shirk my duties
and be proud that I can serve him each day. This bucket can remind me that each day
we can be renewed. Each day we can be forgiven, each day our home inside can be
filled with clean water. And even if our floors get dirty, we can  learn how to clean
them a bit bettereach day. No,  this is not just a bucket, it is Love.

Green Goodness

I have been one busy person since I last blogged. My lifestyle have changed dramatically.
I have also composed  more nutritional foods.  I used to be all vegan a long time ago but
cheated for a while on meats. Not that I never did not like meats, I just really vegetables
more. But since October of 2016 meat in my diet is a no go. It does not agree with me
what so ever, so I decided to full vegan once again which I great because it never left
me in the first place.
I am more excited about life than ever. All that it has to offer and what new dishes they
have out their. One thing I plan to incorporate into the gardening factor is Straw Bail
Gardening. That my friend will be the next blog.
For now I want to let you know all about my favorite drinks by "Bolthouse"
                                                 THIS IS CALLED "GREEN GOODNESS"
Bolthouse has many different drinks so pick and choose which one that you
will like the best.
May your 2017 be the best ever, change for the better, eat better, exercise better
because you are in charge of your life.
Till the morrow
Many Blessings

Of all the creatures living in the water, you may eat any that has fins and scales. But anything that does not have fins and scales you may not eat; for you it is unclean.
